WE SHAPE THE PLASTICS
FOR OVER 25 YEARS...
We design, prototype and produce plastic parts by vacuum thermoforming and other technologies of plastic processing.
We work with supplied 3D models, drawings, sketches or physical samples.
Thermoformed pieces can be finished to the final product by cutting with 5-axis CNC machines. Sheets material is processed with 3-axis CNC milling machines, cutting, bending, welding and gluing. We offer assembling work of produced parts and packaging.
If your products are still in the early stages of conception we are ready to help you to implement the draft into the final product.

Vacuum thermoforming
We produce plastic mouldings of various shapes by heating the plastic sheet, applying the mould, sucking the air between the mould and the plate and then cooling it. We can shape the moldings based on 3D models, drawings, physical samples or just a verbal order.

Assembling and packaging
We are ready to assemble the final products, arrange for packaging according to specific client requirements and transport to final location in the Czech Republic or abroad.

CNC processing and milling
We process our vacuum formed products and plastic boards with a thickness starting from 0,5 mm up to 30 mm shaping on 5-axis and 3-axis milling cutters which are numerically controlled and very precise in order to reach the shape of maximum size of 2500 x 1250mm.

Design and prototyping
We combine creative approach, practical thinking, technical skills and long term experience of our experts from various industries to find the most appropriate solution of a specific customer requirement.Our proposals always take into account functionality, price effectiveness and aesthetic aspect.

Bending, gluing & welding
Based on customer requirements we are able to band the plastic sheet with a maximum thickness of 10 mm and a maximum length of 2000 mm using string or bar benders. We use ultrasound welding or gluing in order to reinforce or connect multiple products.

Quality assurance
We continuously improve our techniques and methods to ensure the high quality of all the components we produce. We predict potential risks in production process which might have influence on product quality. All product pass the final quality check.
