WE SHAPE THE PLASTICS

FOR OVER 25 YEARS...

We produce plastic parts by vacuum thermoforming and other technologies of plastic processing.

Moulded products are usually formed to the final shape by 5-axis CNC machines after vacuum forming.

We can provide minor assembly work as well as the product completion.

We also process cutting, bending, welding and gluing of sheet material on 3-axis CNC milling cutters.

We can work with supplied products including 3D models, drawings, basic drafts or physical samples.

If your products are still in the early stages of conception we still help you to implement the draft into the final product.

The most original product

For almost 30 year we have produced bouncing goalkeeper´s masks for different kind of sports by HDPE and ABS method of vacuum forming and machining 5-axis CNC cutter.

The largest series

We have already produced more than one million of different types of caps cars lens for the car industry.

Artistic impression

We have created the statue of Golem exceeding the height of 2 meters high for a Student of The Academy of Fine Arts to support the practical part of his diploma thesis degree.

Product with the biggest shape

We have made the clarifier´s components for a water adjustment in the Power Station sized 120 square metres by vacuum forming followed by CNC machining and ultrasonic welding.
