We produce plastic mouldings of various shapes by heating the plastic sheet, applying the mould, sucking the air between the mould and the plate and then cooling it. We can shape the moldings based on 3D models, drawings, physical samples or verbal order.
The sense of this technology is to heat to the plastic sheet or foil to the forming temperature and by using the molds and vacuum forming to get required shape.
We can process all thermoplastic materials by using the vacuum forming technology. We choose the materials depends on the client´s requirement on the final product. Between the most often used materials for vacuum forming belongs ABS, HIPS, PVC, HDPE, PC, PET, PP etc.

Plastic parts created by vacuum forming are using for example instead of complex sheet metal, fiberglass or plastic injection molding. Vacuum forming of the mouldings is the low cost production. There are other advantages such as short time for production preparation, 100% recyclability, the choice of the material surface, the possibility to produce large-scale of the products and affordability of the small production series.
Size of sheet / foil processed:
From 250 x 250 mm to 2550 x 1550 mm
Working surface of the press:
Max. 2450 xx 1450 mm
Stroke height:
700 mm
Thickness of the material:
From 0,3 mm to 10 mm
Mouldings made by vacuum forming are formed to the final shape using the 3-axis or 5-axis CNC cutters.
