CNC PROCESSING OF VACUUM FORMED PRODUCTS AND PLASTIC SHEETS
We process plastic products and boards with a thickness of approx. starting from 0,5 mm up to 30 mm shaping on 5-axis and 3-axis milling cutters which are numerically controlled and very precise in order to reach the shape of maximum size of 2500 x 1250mm.
CNC MACHINING OF PRESSED PRODUCTS
Vacuum pressed products are formed into the final shape by milling on 5-axis CNC milling cutters which are numerically controlled and very precise.
We prepare all CNC data, cutting and other auxilliary requisits in our company.
CNC MACHINING OF PLATIC SHEETS
We process plastic´s sheets with a thickness of approx. starting from 0,5 mm up to 30 mm shaping on 3-axis milling cutters which are numerically controlled and very precise in order to reach the shape of maximum size of 2500 x 1250mm.
To finalize our products, we also use bending, gluing and welding.
