BENDING, GLUING AND WELDING
Based on customer requirements we are able to band the plastic sheet with a maximum thickness of 10 mm and a maximum length of 2000 mm using string or bar benders. We use ultrasound welding or gluing in order to reinforce or connect multiple products.
BENDING OF PLASTICS
We can band products usually make on 3-axis CNC milling machines by using string or bar banders up to maximum length of 1000 mm based on customer´s requirements.
WELDING OF PLASTICS
We can weld and assemble two moulding, weld reinforcements or to find other appropriate use of the ultrasound welders.
GLUING OF PLASTICS
We can glue various products or glue-in the stiffeners by using suitable adhesives materials.
We assemble or complete the products as needed. We distribute carefully packed products all over the Czech Republic or abroad based on customer requirements.
