Expansion of our company

First of all, we acquired two new modern thermoforming machines CMS BR5. The largest one is able to produce pressed parts from sheets with dimensions up to 1,5 x 2,5 meters, dispose of  automatic sheet loader and its installation was a tough proposition: as for the large size of the machine, we were forced to remove a couple of walls in our plant and then build them back again.

For finalizing the shape of thermoformed products by cutting, we acquired a 5-axis CNC milling machine CMS Athena.

Growing volume of our production also requires more space to store material, moulds and final products. This is why we built new spacious storehouse and, at the same time, adjusted entry road and contiguous terrain to become prepared for increased traffic.

Now, we are ready to effectively satisfy all demands of our recent clients and also receive new customer´s requests.
